The event was organized by the Pudhumai Thamizhachi Women’s Team, UAE, and led by KR Group of Companies, UAE, along with Adeeb Group of Companies, UAE. It was held on April 13, 2025, at the Abu Dhabi Police Ground in Al Shameka. This record has been officially registered with Einstein World Records.
